Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Wrocław University of Technology with a specialisation in Power Plants and Energy Management and postgraduate studies at the Academy of Power Engineering at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also completed EMBA studies at Collegium Humanum in Warsaw.
He started his career in the energy industry in 2002 at Turów Power Station. From 2006 to 2016, he was professionally involved in the UK power industry, where he held managerial positions. In 2016, he joined PGE Mining and Conventional Power Generation. From 2017, he held the position of Deputy Director - Technical Director of the Belchatow Power Plant, where he was responsible for the implementation of technological processes of electricity generation. From 2019 to 2020, he managed the work of Elektrownia Bełchatów as Branch Director. He is currently the President of the Management Board of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna.
