Paweł Majewski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Management.

A manager with many years of experience in the management of capital companies, including those with State Treasury shareholding. Until 8 April this year he held the position of President of the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. Previously, he was President of the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A., Vice-President of the Management Board of Huta Stalowa Wola S.A., Member of the Management Board of DO & CO Poland Sp. z o.o. and President of the Management Board of Airport Cleaning Service Sp. z o.o. He also has many years of professional experience in managerial positions in, among others, PETROLOT Sp. z o.o. (currently ORLEN Aviation Sp. z o.o.), and as Director of the Variable Margin and Production Management Division at PGNiG TERMIKA S.A.
