30 lipca 2024 r. podczas posiedzenia Walnego Zebrania Polskiego Komitetu Energii Elektrycznej (PKEE), podjęto uchwałę w sprawie włączenia do składu Rady Zarządzającej stowarzyszenia dwóch nowych członków. Są nimi Roman Szyszko, wiceprezes zarządu Energi SA oraz Robert Stelmaszczyk, wiceprezes PTPiREE, prezes zarządu Stoen Operator.
Roman Szyszko – Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa SA
Roman Szyszko specialises in organising and carrying out processes to increase efficiency and scale of operations.
Between 2008 and 2015, he was responsible for transforming ENERGA Group's operations and structuring its long-term financing. He has gained professional experience in implementing organisational changes in entities seeking to overcome significant barriers to development. He has worked on operational development and ownership changes at Dexia Kommunalkredit Bank Polska, Nordea Bank Polska (formerly: Bank Komunalny), Bank Gdański and Bank Przemysłowo-Handlowy. He has participated in the processes of introducing new methods of operation of commercial and public utility organisations. He considers effective management of entities operating in a highly volatile environment to be a management priority.
He graduated with a master's degree in management and psychology from the University of Gdańsk and has a diploma in finance from Strathclyde University.
Robert Stelmaszczyk – Wiceprezes PTPiREE, Prezes Zarządu Stoen Operator
Robert Stelmaszczyk has been the president of the management board of Stoen Operator Sp. since March 2007. z o. o. (until December 2021 innogy Stoen Operator Sp. z o. o.), and from May 15, 2024, he is the vice-president of the Polish Electricity Transmission and Distribution Association - PTPiREE.
Previously, he worked as the President of the Management Board of Polish Energy Partners S.A. (now part of Polenergia S.A.), an independent energy producer.
In the years 1998-2003, he was the Director of the Energy Industry and a Proxy of Siemens in Poland, responsible for the entire offer of equipment and services for the generation, transmission and distribution of energy. Previously, he held the position of Director of the utilities department of Landis & Gyr Sp. z o. o., which supplied energy measurement systems and was taken over by Siemens.
From 1991 to 1997 he worked as Sales and Development Director for Central and Eastern Europe at Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where he was responsible for automation systems.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics of the Warsaw University of Technology.
