Graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He also completed Postgraduate Studies in Marketing and Postgraduate Studies in Managing EU Structural Funds Projects.

He gained his professional experience in companies from the energy sector (PGE Energia Ciepła SA and PGNiG Termika SA), where he coordinated and supervised activities in the area of regulation, tariff and concession processes, heat market development, support systems, obtaining assistance funds, cooperation with administrative units of various levels and in the Energy Market Agency, Institute for Fuels and Renewable Energy.

He also served as an advisor to the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Economy. He is a co-author and coordinator of projects financed by EU funds (mainly in the field of energy and environmental protection) and studies in the field of energy and marketing.
